1. This agreement
These Terms are between [Registered business name] ("TillMesh", "we", "us") and the business that opens a TillMesh account ("you", "your shop"). They apply to the TillMesh apps, the website tillmesh.com and everything we provide with them.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business. You must be 18 or over.
2. What TillMesh provides
TillMesh is point-of-sale software for sweet shops and pharmacies: billing, stock, customers, orders, staff, reports and an AI assistant, depending on the plan you choose.
We give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TillMesh for your own business for as long as your subscription is active. You may not resell it, rent it out, copy it or try to take it apart.
3. Free trial
- Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial
- No card is needed to start and nothing is charged automatically when it ends
- You get full access during the trial. Billing is not limited
- One trial per business. Opening extra accounts to repeat the trial is not allowed
- If you do not choose a plan when the trial ends, your account becomes read-only. You can still export your data
4. Plans and payment
Current prices are on the pricing page. All prices exclude GST, which is added as the law requires.
- You choose monthly or annual billing. Payment is in advance
- Multi-branch includes two branches. Additional branches are charged per branch
- Extra AI question packs are charged when you buy them
- Late or failed payment may suspend the account after we have told you and given you a reasonable chance to fix it
- Your data is not deleted the day you stop paying — see section 12
We may change prices. Existing customers get at least 30 days' notice by email or in the app, and a price change never applies to a period you have already paid for. If you do not accept a new price you may cancel before it takes effect.
5. We do not handle your shop's money
TillMesh does not process your customers' payments and takes no percentage of your sales.
When your customer pays by cash, UPI, card or khata, that payment happens between them, you and your own payment provider. TillMesh only records which method was used, so your books match your till.
Keep using your existing Paytm, PhonePe, QR code or card machine. Any dispute about such a payment is between you, your customer and your payment provider — not with us.
6. Hardware and imports
- TillMesh is software. Devices, printers, scanners and payment terminals are not included and are not sold by us
- We do not migrate data from other POS systems
- You can import a supported product list using our spreadsheet template. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you import
- Sharing a bill on WhatsApp uses the WhatsApp app on your own phone. Automated WhatsApp messaging is not part of the standard plans
7. What you are responsible for
TillMesh is a tool for keeping records. Running your business lawfully remains yours.
General
- The accuracy of everything you enter — prices, stock, tax rates, customer details
- Your own GST registration, tax rates, returns and filings. TillMesh helps you produce invoices; it does not file anything for you
- Keeping logins private and giving each staff member their own account
- Telling your own customers what data you collect about them and why
- Backing up anything you are required to keep independently of us
If you run a pharmacy
- You must hold a valid pharmacy licence and operate under a registered pharmacist as the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and its Rules require
- You remain responsible for Schedule H, H1 and X record-keeping, prescription verification and every other statutory duty
- TillMesh records what you enter. It does not verify a prescription, does not check drug interactions, does not recommend a substitute and does not give clinical advice of any kind
- Nothing TillMesh shows you replaces the judgement of a registered pharmacist
If you run a sweet shop
- You remain responsible for FSSAI registration, food safety, labelling and shelf-life decisions
- Production, wastage and expiry information in TillMesh is a record of what you entered, not a food-safety assessment
8. Acceptable use
You may not use TillMesh to:
- Break any Indian law, or keep records for an unlawful trade
- Store data you had no right to collect
- Attack, overload, reverse-engineer or probe the service
- Resell access, or share one account across separate businesses
- Upload malware, or anything that harms other users
9. AI features
The AI assistant answers questions about your own shop using your own data. Each plan includes a monthly number of AI questions; more can be bought.
- AI answers are assistance, not decisions. Always check before acting
- AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date
- AI answers are not medical, legal, tax or financial advice
- We are not liable for a business decision you take based on an AI answer
- We may change how AI features work, and may apply fair-use limits to stop abuse
10. Your data stays yours
Everything you put into TillMesh belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it, back it up, show it to you and run the features you asked for. Our Privacy Policy explains the detail.
You can export your data at any time while your account is active.
11. Availability and support
We work to keep TillMesh available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, faults, network problems and events outside our control can interrupt it.
- Planned maintenance is announced in advance where we can
- Support is by the channels listed on the website, in business hours
- Business and Multi-branch plans include priority support
- We do not currently offer a paid uptime guarantee
12. Ending the agreement
You may cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or end your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if payment fails after notice, or if we are required to by law. Except in an emergency we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
After your account closes we keep your data for 90 days so you can change your mind or export it, then delete it.
13. Our intellectual property
TillMesh — the software, the name, the logo, the designs and the documentation — belongs to us. These terms give you the right to use it, not to own it. If you send us an idea or suggestion, we may use it without owing you anything.
14. Disclaimer
TillMesh is provided as it is. To the extent Indian law allows, we do not give any warranty that it will be error-free, that it will meet every need of your business, or that reports and AI answers will always be accurate. Your records are only as good as what is entered.
15. Limit of our liability
To the extent Indian law allows:
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the subscription fees you actually paid us in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not liable for lost profit, lost sales, lost goodwill, or loss caused by data you entered incorrectly
- We are not liable for a regulatory penalty arising from your own compliance failure
- Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud
16. Indemnity
You will cover us for claims, losses and reasonable costs that arise from your use of TillMesh in breach of these terms, from data you had no right to collect, or from your failure to meet a legal duty that is yours.
17. Events outside our control
Neither side is liable for failing to perform because of something genuinely outside its control — natural disaster, war, epidemic, government action, a national internet or power failure, or a failure at a major infrastructure provider.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance by email or inside the app. Continuing to use TillMesh after that means you accept them. If you do not, you may cancel.
19. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
Before going to court, both sides will try in good faith for 30 days to settle the dispute by discussion. If that fails, the dispute will be referred to arbitration by a single arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996. The seat is Hyderabad, Telangana and the language is English.
